Step by step progress in the house

Goodmorning everybody!

It was another beautiful day yesterday. Probably today it will be a bit less, there may be a little rain, but it sure is already making you feel a lot better, those few days of spring weather. The last few days Jan was busy re- installing our hifi installation. It's almost done now and that's a good thing. He wants us to find a different small closet for it, hmmmm, perhaps one of these days it will be there too. And remember I told you yesterday I had to do the curtains? Well, the one on the front of the house wasn;t looking good anymore and that's understandable, after the namy years it hang there. But.... I still had some almost new ones in a box, only they had to be shortened a bit. That's a bit tricky, because I am not good at all in these things, and I don;t have a sewing machine. Okay, I sacrifised myself LOL and did it by hand and I also had some clips lying around ( you know, you clip it on the curtain and a little ring can be placed on the rod) and you know what? It worked, so I have an almost brand new, really white and crisp looking curtain on the front window. Oh my, that looks good. Again a little project done!
As I was on my little shopping tour yesterday I went looking around in a few stores and stumbled on a magnificent tool. It's a kind of broom to remove weeds from the terras, it's on a stick with a broom at the end of steel wire and even a little hook for wriggling out the weed that grows in the space between two tiles. Oh gosh, is that a good tool!! I didn;t try it out yet, but soon I will, and I am sure it will work fine. No more kneeling down needed, and that's an improvement first class! I also found two small garden lamps, solar with led lamp for a nice price. They aren't in the garden yet, first we will have to attack the garden and they will be placed when some things are done. I have some garden lamps, but a few died I suppose during the messing around of the guys who made the roofing.
So you could say it was kind of productive day. Now I hope this"flow"we are in, will last for a much longer time, because more things need still to be done.
 In a few days April will be there already. On Magickal Scraps we just uploaded the new daily download for that month. It is another swell collaboration of the girls. I probably will have the preview shortly, Snowy has to make it, together with the slideshow. You definately have to take a look next month at this daily download, I can promise you it is a really great kit!

And what is there in store for you today? It's a little project I was busy on this week. I found a bunch of sites with free content all in the vintage- victorian style! I just love those things so I made something out of the things I so eagerly downloaded. I tried my hand on some bragbook pages and I have 6 in total for you, together with 3 tags. I splitted them up in 3 downloads, 2 pages and a tag at a time. Here's the first one, named Vicoriana 1. Hope you can do something with it. Now I think I will try to continue a bit on the "flow"I still have LOL and will do some more in the house, which is really needed a bit, after the not so good period of feeling low, hahaha. We will have to stay thinking positive, and you know, Capricorns don;t give in so easy, oh no, no way! So we'll see what the weekend brings us and I am wishing you a fantastic one too!
