Snails and more snails LOL!

Goodmorning everybody!

Although it definately is changing, that unpredictable weather of us, we still couldn;t complaing too much, till today. So we did go to the market on Wednesday, it was just beautiful weather for it, and we had a great time together. Sounds perhaps a bit strange, but we find humour and fun in sometimes small things.
Some of our seedlings and plants look errible at the moment. Almost completely without leaves. It doesn;t take long to find out that it must be the work of snails. So Wednesday after dinner, it went into the garden and took a good look. And i spotted whole companies of snails, attacking our plants. And it aren;t the "nornal house snails", no it are the naked ones, from tiny little ones till fat and rather big!
Well, I don't envy any creature his living space and habits, but there is a border line! Don;t complete eat my plants, and specially not seedlings!!!!!!!!!
So I took a plastic glove and went for snailhunting. The poor things went into a little plastic bag and are now far away. And I really did collect a lot of them. I think I destroyed several families, preventing this way, new generations could have a feast meal too! An I did yesterday evening too, and again, several families won;t live and enjoy this summer. I am heartless, I know, but sometimes it is necessary.
I will try to check every evening, just after dinner. It seems it is jjust the time they go out for the "walk"and have their dinner.

Oh ROFL, I was completely out of this world yesterday afternoon. I just was having some time at the computer, watching also the clock on the computer. It was rather late, so soon I had to fix us some dinner. Had some left over from meat, so only had to boil some potatoes and make a little cucumber and sweet paprika salad. Already the potatoes were oiling, whole bigger ones, so we could eat them with some creme fraiche(also a left over from another day and had to finish that).
All went well, I didn;t forget the potatoes( which happens sometimes when I am also busy with some other things, ), made all that was necessary, filled the plates and entered the room and then saw, that it only was 5 o'clock in the afternoon!! And we normally have dinner around 6. I really must have been hazy or worse, LOL, completely convinced that it was one hour later than it actually was!
Okay, we had our meal and I was ready with it all, including the washing up and coffe making at 6.00 o'clock. Strange!!!!

Just a coupe of days ago I got a mail from Minky, and she also made a loooong post on her blog. Explaining a lot concerning her absence and also bringing some goodies for you to download. Perhaps a good time to visit her and leave her a real nice comment???

Then Linda has made again two wonderful quickpages for you with the first part of the Embrace your Past kit. Take a look, they are great!

Slowly it's getting time to get dressed and have some work done around here, being a bit lazy concerning the house work ROFL. But first I have lovely clusters for you from Arlene, made with the Squirrel Nutking kit. And then I have the second part of the Embrace your Past kit.
Let's see hw many smails there will be this evening and during the weekend, grin, grin, I almost feel like a murderer, but I have to do it, if I ever want to have some flowers this summer!
Have a wonderful weekend, take care and till Monday.
