What's happening with the world?

Goodmorning everybody!

Are there really happening more disasters of nature or does it only seem to be more, because we have it more at the tv? Perhaps that is the case, but still I have the feeling mother Earth is kind of protesting more, because we are neglecting her well-being.!
At the moment: enormous forrest fires in Russia where they have tremendous temperature of about 100 F for many days, floods in Pakistan, and these are just two things happening at the moment.
Then of course we have to deal with the oil disaster in the Gulf of Mexico, but thee also was one in China. Another thing I read, a dam in China, in the Chinese Blue River, could be blocked because of the huge amount of garbage, that is dumped into the river. It's the largest water power central on earth! Can you imagine the disaters if this dam would break down?
In South America they have the coldest winter since ages, already many people died of the cold. Also floods  happening in China, then there were the fires in Greece, just a few weeks ago.
Scientists say that if we keep spoiling and poluting the Mediterranian Sea like this, no more sealife will be there by the year 2100.
And this were just a few events taking plcae within the last month, mostly!
Isn't this all frightning when you see and read it? Okay, some things we cannot control, nature on earth is still in evolution, it always will be, but I have the feeling that we all are speeding that up tremendously! Normally nature is taking care of itself. If a plant or animal disappears because of the change of habitat, nature usually compensates that. But because we are breaking in in that process, nature isn't given the time to heal itself!
Oh, it will last our time of living, probably the one of our children and grandchildren, but I wonder how the world will look after say a 100 years from now? I am not sure if I really want to know!

Goody, how serious is this talk in early morning! I wasn't planning to write so much about it, just to place a few remarks, but then my brain starts working, it seems and the fingers just follow my thoughts LOL.
It's a bit a pity my English isn't that good to really write down my thoughts, (although I am looking things up at times in the dictionary), I think it's not too bad for every day conversation, but when you need to point out something special, you need specific words and expressions and that is the difficulty of learning a language. I am convinced that sometimes I make you laugh too, because I use a wrong expression or so.
On the other hand, it's also nice to make people laugh, so what I am complaining about? (grin grin grin)!

Well, I think it is about time to give you the second part of "Bleu, Bleu, l'amour est bleu". The I think I will try to get a bit creative in my PSE8 and later today may be we will take a little walk, weather seems to be just right for that. Yesterday I already did some dusting and hoovering in the house, cleaned the fridge , did the shopping for the weekend, and such things, so I think I take a day off hahahaha!
Already it's Friday, so weekend is peeping around the corner, and I am wishing you a terrific weekend! Take care of yourself!

Nice kit ,Kyra -and you are right ! It's scary what is happening , and the problem is that not enough people see it - the people in power are mainly concerned about the financial side of things and due to that, decisions are not made quick enough or even for material gain ! But a lot of people are slowly waking up and seeing it - now we only need enough people in power to be able to make a difference...let's hope it's not too late by then.... Hugs Snowy

Good morning Kyra:)
Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful kit with me.I LOVE it!
Now...you may not agree with me on what I am about to tell you and that is okay..but..what if I am right?..which I believe I am since I have been a Christian since I was eight years old and believe with all my heart..the end is near.I don't know how long we have left..the Lord knows...but when you see the things happening that the Lord told us WOULD happen in the Last Days...then you look at things differently. Not with fear but with the anticipation that our Lord is getting ready to come take his children home with him.:) Matthew 24 explains these events to us.The Lord doesn't want us to be unprepared and scared. He is in control!!:)I think it is high time people start looking to the Lord for their salvation!
Now..I am finished preaching.:)
I think you do great with your English! I have yet to try to learn your language..so you are way ahead of me.You know two languages and can communicate well in them.I on the other hand would need a translator.LOL

Huge hugs,
Valinda
