I have great news to tell

Goodmorning everybody!

I start with the best news first! Yesterday Minky has become grandmother for the second time! Her son and DIL have a babay girl Emma-Ruth! Isn't that wonderful news. You should go over to Minky's blog
http://thecontinentofsulina.blogspot.com/, to leave her a little message. I am waiting now to see the first pictures of the little baby-fairy, LOL!

And a wonderful photographer made me rather proud, you know. She asked me f she could use now and then some of my stuff for making albums with portraits, and I gave permission. She did send me an example of it and oh my, this women makes beautiful photographs! Here and example of Veronica's work

In this page she used just some ribbon I made, but what to say about the picture? If you like to see some other pictures she made go to her blog http://veronicaclarkphotography.blogspot.com/,  if you put her name in Google, you will find more links and you will see some great pictures.

Yesterday jan and I went to the store I told you about, to look around if there were some chairs for the garden and perhaps a little table, but no, we weren't lucky. Well, perhaps next week there will be new stuff again. We are not in a hurry, so if ever we see something we take it then.
It was a beautiful day yesterday to be outside, so we made profit of it, to take a longer walk. It was about 17 Celsius, so very much Spring, unbelievable. Most part of today it will stay about the same, but towards the weekend there may be some rain and temperature drops down a bit. But.... we really had a hors d'oeuvre for the spring already!

Todays kit is made around a very well known children's book, Alice in Wonderland. I must confess I never read it as a child, I don;t know why. But of course I know the book, if only by films on tv and I thought it a nice subject for a little kit. So here you go, with the kit "Alice", in nice pastel colours. Tomorrow I will have something completely different for you.
As it is still early, I can take some time at the computer and then I must go out again and after that some curtains are in desparate need of some water LOL!
Have a great day!

Thank you for the Alice kit. I have never read the book either, but I did see the Disney movie version of it. Wonderland has always fascinated me.
